The two titles
| Title | What it does | Tier in the power pyramid |
|---|---|---|
| Land Plot Title | Rent one plot in someone’s settlement | Settlement Resident |
| Settlement Title | Buy a whole settlement and rent plots out | Settlement Owner |
Step by step
- Press H to open Shipments. Research the title, then buy it (two separate costs).
- Check the level: a Level 1 title for a Level 1 district, and so on (map).
- On the global map, pick an owned settlement in a matching district.
- Find the For Rent sign and sign the contract (Land Plot), or claim the settlement (Settlement Title).
- Use the plot plan to place your house — you start with a trailer (bases).
Prices (game-file data, before the Nov 4–5 changes ⚠️)
robrun.info lists research / purchase costs. Since Nov 4, Tier 1 land costs documents instead of cash (Kefir), and the Nov 5 balance patch made documents dearer, so treat these as a guide only:
| Level 1 | Level 2 | Level 3 | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Land Plot Title | 50k / 100k | 200k / 800k | 1M / 2M |
| Settlement Title | 100k / 200k | 500k / 2M | 2M / 6M |
A Steam player put a Level 1 settlement title at roughly 200,000–250,000 all in — in the same range.
Tips
- Join a fresh server. Plots in good settlements go on the first day; a server that’s been up for hours may have none left.
- Carry the title straight there. Die with it and it’s gone.
- Settlement owners collect taxes at the settlement’s collector van, and the tax only builds up again once collected — you’re robbable while you carry it.
