Kefir's help center: open the world map, choose the prison, select Surrender to Feds, and once inside switch to your friend's server — then send the party invite again. Servers are called states. Switching confiscates everything you own in the old state and removes you from your clan; tattoos and BCoin carry over. Pick your server with friends before you build anything.

Step by step
Open the global map (the desert view with districts).
Select the prison and choose Surrender to Feds.
Inside the prison, switch to the server you want — your friend’s, or a fresh one. Players describe it as breaking out and picking the state from a list.
Send the party invite again once you’re on the same server.

Getting onto a server with friends
Decide first, then build. The cheapest moment to choose is before you own anything.
Use a fresh server: EU at 5 PM UTC, East US at 8 PM ET, every day (server status). On day one nobody owns land yet.
Stay in your region. There are only two regions, EU and East US; the far one means high ping.
Party: up to 3. Clan: up to 100, on one server only (clans).

Can you change servers in ROB RUN?
Yes, but not from a menu. Kefir's help center: choose the prison on the world map, select Surrender to Feds, and switch to the other server from inside the prison.
What do I lose if I change servers?
According to players' guides, everything you own in the old state is confiscated, you leave your clan and unclaimed mail rewards are lost. Tattoos (earned with prison time) and BCoin are kept. A longer sentence comes with more confiscated wealth.
